Detailed Order Process 

Account Creation 

Sign Up With Email 

Users can create an account using their own email and password on our website. 

Without Sign Up 

You can place an order even without creating an account. This is because the order form at Wax Papers Hub does not require an email account to proceed to the checkout page. 

Order Process

  1. Direct Order Placement.

Select the predefined dimensions and features available on the product page and place an order after a successful checkout with secured payment methods. 

  1. Order Using Quote Form. 

Fill Up the complete details of your customized order in the quote form (just below the order form). After submitting your quote form our team will contact you via email or call for confirmation of the order details (Artwork requirements, box/bag dimensions, etc)

Informing our packaging team about your order specifications will lead you to receive an invoice from our website. The invoice will contain your order details as well as the link to the secured payment gateways where you will pay the order amount using one of the payment options which is most convenient for you. 

Payment Methods

All payment methods we offer are secure and payments are done in USD or otherwise specified. As soon as the money is received through an approved payment channel, we get to work on the order you placed. You are recommended to fill out the necessary paperwork in soft copy to ensure error-free manufacturing and delivery of your product.

Printing Process 

Design Selection

Customers can select from the available design templates on the website or get from our packaging team. For personalized designs, customers can submit their own artwork in a PSD file.

Design Approval

We take the approval of the design to be printed from our customers through 2D mock-ups before initiating the printing process. Customers are required to go through the design details carefully before giving approval to our packaging team. Once getting the approved design from the customers our team immediately sends it to the printing department and the printing process is initiated on the spot. 

Color Variations in Printed Design

The printing process and the inks used for the printing process can change the final color of the artwork. By placing your order and giving approval of the design to the team at Wax Papers Hub you agree that the company is not responsible for any kind of color variation. 

Wax Papers Hub will not provide any reprinting in case of color variation due to the limitations of the process, the limitation of the submitted design, or the format of the design file (PSD). 

Order Cancellation

There is a waiting time of 4 hours after order placement before initiating the order process. Customers can send order cancellation requests during these hours. After 4 hours the 20% will be deducted of the total amount of the order due to the modification or changes in the normal order process. 

Order cancellation is not possible once the products have been delivered. If an unforeseen incident causes a delay in your order, Wax Papers Hub cannot be held liable. This includes delays in delivery that are beyond the company’s control. 

Therefore, order cancellation requests after the period of 24 hours, due to delays in the delivery or any other reason will result in the deduction of 50% of the total amount paid by the customers. This is because we process the order as soon as it is approved by the customer which means the utilization of our printing resources, designing, and manufacturing resources is initiated as soon as the order process is started. 

Overruns and Underruns

We try our best to deliver the product in the exact number required by the customers nonetheless, it is advised to book 10 % extra of the required number of the product to avoid any inconvenience as there are chances of 5% over and underruns.

Policy Regarding Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

Customers may request a reprint if they found any kind of printing or manufacturing defects within 7 business days after the delivery of their order at their provided shipping address. Once this time limit exceeds then Wax Papers Hub will not entertain any kind of requests for reprint or returns. 

Moreover,  the requests for reprints would be followed by our team of packaging consultants who will investigate the possible reasons for the defect in the order. If defects have arisen due to any kind of negligence from the customer side then we would not offer any reprint. 

Refund Policy

Wax Papers Hub Do not offer any kind of refund after the delivery of the order. This is because we initiate and conduct the whole order delivery process after taking the approval from the client. Therefore the company is not liable to any kind of compensation on the orders because we create and deliver each order after confirming the details from the clients. 

No Liability For Errors 

Wax Papers Hub sends the design to its customers for final approval. Hence we are not responsible for the following errors after getting approval of the design from the customer:

  • Mistakes in spelling, grammar, and fonts
  • Errors in the punctuation or graphics
  • Any type of cracking
  • Overprinting
  • Variation in colors
  • Variations in the finished product size

User Conduct

All types of user data is secured on our website with the help of SSL certification. You consent to share the personal information needed to place your order by using our website to place it. You cannot in any way claim copyright to the data that is supplied on our website. It is also your responsibility to refrain from disseminating any content that is inaccurate, lewd, objectionable, or unsuitable in any manner.

Since we have no control over the content that users publish on our website, we cannot be held responsible if you see any objectionable or deceptive stuff there. On the other hand, you can report any offensive material you discover on the internet to the relevant authorities, and they will take appropriate action.

Additionally, making an order on our website signifies that you are of legal age and are qualified to represent yourself in court. You also consent to our company’s privacy policy by using this website.

Indemnity

By placing your order at Wax Papers Hub you are agreeing to indemnify and defend our company and the related parties against all the claims, damages, liabilities, expenses, and legal fees arising due to:

  • Any suit or claim arising due to the typography, image, or any graphic content, or material that you incorporate going against the standards of our website Printing And Material.

We are authorized to use any of the printing methods we think are suitable for your order. You have to let us know the material of your choice at the initial stage of order placement. You have to specifically mention if you need food-grade material or not because we do not use food-grade material by default.

Turnout Time & Delivery

After the order placement, we give an estimated time of the product delivery. Our routine turnaround time is ideally between 8 to 10 business days. However, for bulk orders, the turnaround time could be more depending upon the size of the order (ideally between 10 to 15 days). 

Moreover, for urgent orders, the turnaround time can be between 6 to 8 days but it will require some extra charges depending upon the size of the order. 

Shipping Cost

In the USA the shipping is free of cost for all the locations. There are no hidden charges after the finalized price is present on the invoice.  

For the locations outside the USA, you may have to pay for the extra shipping charges as well as the customs tax depending upon the shipping. The customs clearance of the order is the responsibility of the customers.

Wax Papers Hub tries its best to deliver the product in the exact time duration however in case of any delay due to weather, technical, or logistic company delays Wax Papers Hub is not liable.
