Policy Regarding Returns and Refunds
Return Policy
At Wax Papers Hub, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, and we strive to handle all return and refund requests fairly and transparently. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within 2 business days of receiving the item so we can address the issue promptly. To qualify for a reprint, the order must be returned to us by mail within 10 days after getting the order. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the reprint, which typically takes about 10 business days for bulk orders. Expedited reprints can be accommodated upon request for an additional fee.
For non-defective products, returns are accepted within 10 days after getting delivery, provided the items are in their original, unused condition and packaging. However, please note that any reprints or replacements for non-defective products will be at the customer’s expense.
Refund Policy
As for refunds, Wax Papers Hub offers partial refunds of the product price for returned items. Due to the custom nature of our products, we retain 99% of the product price since the order production process begins only after obtaining client approval. For this reason, we do not provide full refunds or compensation for any orders after delivery.
To initiate a return or report an issue, please contact our customer service team at sales@waxpapershub.com within the specified timeframe. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue, and our team will guide you through the return process. Refunds are typically processed within 3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
