How Do We Manufacture Kraft Paper Rolls In Our Factory?

There are several steps through which these kraft paper sheets go through before landing at your doorstep. Now being the client of Wax Papers Hub we want to be transparent. So, here is a quick breakdown of our kraft paper roll sheets manufacturing process. Production begins with chipping. Chipping is when bigger blocks of wood are cut and break down into smaller pieces. Once the chipping is done the blocks of wood are sent for cooking. They are cooked with chemicals to separate cellulose to lignin. After that the pulping begins and then it is sent for screening and washing. In screening large substances are removed and then we wash the remaining chemicals. This is the process of natural kraft paper which is brown. But there are some businesses who want to promote sustainability but they do not want to lose their style. For them we offer white kraft paper. Although the color of natural kraft is brown but through an additional process of bleaching it can also be changed. However, it's important to note that bleaching weakens the strength of kraft paper.
