The manufacturing begins with an extraction of fibers from wood to make pulp.
Then the pulp is put on a screen so that the water drains out. Once the water drains out it forms a sheet.
After that the sheets are pressed between rollers to completely squeeze out the water.
Then the wax or clay coating is applied on the paper. This coating makes them grease, heat, and moisture resistant.
Once the food safe coating is done then the paper is printed using high quality inks.
After that the paper is cut at your desired size and goes to our quality assurance team. Once they check it, it will go through shipping personnel and then ship it to your doorstep.
