But how do we process the napkins for you:

• The main material for napkins is wood pulp, which comes from trees or recycled paper. This pulp is cleaned and prepared to use in making napkins.
• The wood pulp is mixed with water to form a watery mixture called a slurry. This slurry is spread onto a mesh conveyor where the water drains away, leaving a wet sheet of paper fibers.
• The wet paper sheet is pressed to remove more water and make it thicker. Then it is dried using heated rollers or air to become a solid sheet.
• The dried paper sheet is cut into napkin-sized pieces. Patterns or textures (called embossing) can be added to make the napkins more attractive and soft.
• Finally, the napkins are folded neatly and packed into bags or boxes for shipping and selling.
