This pulp is then placed on a large sheet to flush the remaining water. After that this pulp is passed through rollers to form a large roll and then we cut them according to your desired size. Once the custom bagel sheet is formed it is then coated with either wax or silicone depending on your requirements. Once the coating is dried we then print them with your designs. We use food safe inks such as soy, water, or vegetable based inks to print your papers. We use FDA approved materials for bagel papers and we follow all the ISO 22000 standard to manufacture them. These papers are super lightweight and their thickness is in between 40 to 60 GSM.
